Return & Refund Policy

At Kivaro, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or defective items: If your item arrived damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll send a replacement at no extra cost.
